Davide is CTO at Load, being one of the founding members. Over the past 9 years, he has been helping companies creating new digital products using innovative technologies in order to create intelligent, automated solutions that help boost productivity or unlock new possibilities or businesses.

How do you lead an organization through technological changes?

At the age that we’re living in, we must be on the edge of all emerging technological changes, but at the same time, we should be very careful about how we approach new technologies. At Load, we analyze closely all the different disciplines that we’re involved in and evaluate them, from time to time or even on a daily basis. This happens especially if the market and our customers are demanding areas that we aren’t so efficient in. We usually say that we don’t have experts in a specific field because we have a multidisciplinary team that has enough strengths to handle any challenge that our customers might throw at us.

We believe that a one-man show isn’t the way to go, so we spread this commitment of looking for new technologies and trends throughout the whole team.

How do you deal with the
unexpected?

The unexpected is, in most cases, a key for new challenges and improvements. We should always have in mind that our sector requires a mindset that embraces constant transformation. Only the teams that have the flexibility to adapt to those challenges will be more prepared for bigger technical challenges, and we at Load love challenges. It’s also important to stay humble and understand that one of the biggest strengths that we have as a team is the commitment and flexibility that we apply to every challenge that we are involved in.

How do you keep up with the latest trends and movements in digital?

We believe that a one-man show isn’t the way to go, so we spread this commitment of looking for new technologies and trends throughout the whole team. By doing so, everyone stays connected and feels important to the company’s tech direction. From that point, we decide, together, what the next steps are that we should take as a team, by gaining knowledge from each person and sharing it with everyone.
