For me, the characteristics of a good software developer are the passion to learn more and more about different technologies, the quality of the code and a great team spirit.

We can always learn various technologies in different areas and thus become more dynamic in terms of development.  

The most interesting point of my work, which I think is very important, is the versatility of the technology areas in which we can be inserted, because we can always learn various technologies in different areas and thus become more dynamic in terms of development and always be ready to participate in a project in a particular area, expanding our knowledge.

To be honest, there’s no one ‘outside’ that I follow in the front- end community, as I have a more ‘inward’ view of the environment in which I work. I like to think that my focus will always be on excelling myself so that I learn more and more and become a good programmer. If I had to name someone as an inspiration, I would say it’s Pedro Oliveira and Miguel Fonseca, again emphasizing that I look more to the colleagues who work with me and not so much to someone in the ‘external community’. Two co-workers who I admire for the way they perform their tasks and find solutions to various problems.
