My fascination with mechanical intricacies led me to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering. During an extensive career at Philips, I evolved from project leader to project manager, and eventually portfolio manager and team coach.

This pioneering product hit the market successfully and clinched the prestigious Dutch Lorentz Prize for its contributions to data science. With extensive experience in overseeing collaborations between clinical and innovation partners, as well as managing international stakeholders, I’m the vital connection between customers, scientists, innovators, and managers.
